Inquiry into residential strata title insurance

The inquiry is now closed.

On 24 November 2011 the Assistant Treasurer and Minister for Financial Services and Superannuation, The Hon Bill Shorten MP, asked the Committee, in addition to insurance issues pertaining to natural disasters, to inquire into and report on residential strata title insurance.

The Committee tabled the report on Monday 21 March 2012
