Review of re-listing of Hizballah’s External Security Organisation (ESO) as a terrorist organisation.

Under section 102.1A of the Criminal Code Act the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security is to review the regulations specifying the above organisation as a terrorist organisation.

Submissions from individuals and organisations are due by Thursday 11 June 2009.
