Inquiry into the Public Interest Disclosure Bill 2013
On 21 March 2013 the Selection Committee asked the Committee to inquire into and report on the Public Interest Disclosure Bill 2013 .
The Committee conducted an inquiry into the Public Interest Disclosure (Whistleblower Protection) Bill 2012 and the
Public Interest Disclosure (Whistleblower Protection) (Consequential Amendments) Bill 2012.
The Committee also conducted an inquiry into the Public Interest Disclosure Bill 2013.
The Committee has chosen to present the results of both inquiries in the one report.
The Committee tabled its advisory report on Tuesday 28th May 2013.
Please note as the Committee will be considering the above bill and is not inquiring into whistleblowing, no individual cases or instances should be provided to the Committee.
