On Tuesday, 9 August 2005, the Parliamentary Joint Committee on ASIO, ASIS and DSD tabled its report entitled
Review into the listing of seven terrorist organisations. This report is on the following listings:
- Review of listing of the Egyptian Islamic Jihad as a Terrorist Organisation under the Criminal Code Amendment Act 1995
- Review of listing of the Lashkar-e Jhangvi (LeJ) as a Terrorist Organisation under the Criminal Code Amendment Act 1995
- Review of listing of the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan as a Terrorist Organisation under the Criminal Code Amendment Act 1995
- Review of listing of the Jaish-e-Mohammad as a Terrorist Organisation under the Criminal Code Amendment Act 1995
