Review of terrorist listing
Under section 102.1A of the Criminal Code Act the
Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security is to review the
regulations specifying Hamas’ Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, Kurdistan Workers
Party (PKK), Lashkar-e-Tayyiba (LeT) and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) as
terrorist organisations.
