Inquiry into technological protection measures (TPM) exceptions

On 19 July 2005 the Attorney-General, The Hon Philip Ruddock MP, asked the Committee to inquire into and report on technological protection measures (TPM) exceptions. The committee has been asked to report by the end of February 2006.

The Committee invites interested persons and organisations to make submissions addressing the terms of reference. The committee also welcomes submissions or supplementary submissions commenting on issues raised in other submissions or at public hearings. if possible. Please refer to our brochure called preparing a submission for more information.

In order to facilitate electronic publishing of submissions, the Committee would prefer them to be emailed to laca.reps@aph.gov.au or sent on disk to the secretariat or sent on disk or CD-ROM to the Committee Secretariat in Microsoft Word® or Portable Document Format (PDF).
