Exposure Draft of the Family Law Amendment (Shared Parental Responsibility) Bill 2005

On 23 June 2005 the Attorney-General, The Hon Philip Ruddock MP, asked the Committee to inquire into the provisions of the Exposure Draft of the Family Law Amendment (Shared Parental Responsibility) Bill 2005. The Attorney-General has asked the Committee to report by the 11th August 2005.

The Committee invites interested persons and organisations to make submissions addressing the terms of reference by Friday 15th July 2005. In order to facilitate electronic publishing of submissions, the committee would prefer them to be emailed to laca.reps@aph.gov.au or sent on disk to the secretariat, if possible.
