1On 13 May 2004 the Senate resolved, for the purposes of section 49 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, to 'rescind' a disallowance. This did not have the effect of reviving the disallowed regulations, but authorised the making of new regulations the same in substance.
2 On 25 November 2009 the Senate resolved, for the purposes of paragraph 48(1)(a) of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003, to 'rescind' a disallowance.
