  3. On 13 May 2004 the Senate resolved, for the purposes of section 49 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, to 'rescind' a disallowance. This did not have the effect of reviving the disallowed regulations, but authorised the making of new regulations the same in substance.
  4. On 25 November 2009 the Senate resolved, for the purposes of paragraph 48(1)(a) of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003, to 'rescind' a disallowance.
