Permits the hot air balloon bearing the registration mark VH-HEE to be flown at night and close to licensed aerodromes for the purposes of a distance record attempt, subject to certain conditions.
Exempts the aircraft bearing the nationality and registration mark VH-ZKF from certain requirements concerning Ground Proximity Warning Systems.
Provides that the aircraft bearing the nationality and registration mark VH-SPT may operate with specified nasal cannula type individual oxygen dispensing units under certain conditions.
Permits passengers in a helicopter operated by specified operators engaged in special operations to be carried on the undercarriage for the purpose of boarding or leaving the helicopter.
Specifies instructions for the conduct, on a trial basis, by Virgin Blue Airlines Pty Ltd of Global Positioning System non-precision approaches.
Provides that Peregrine Ballooning Pty Ltd may operate specified hot air balloons without carrying a cabin attendant.
