AAHL

Australian Animal Health Laboratory – a national facility for animal health located in Geelong.

AHA

Animal Health Australia – a not-for-profit public company established by the Australian government, state and territory governments and major national livestock industry organisations.

ALOP

Appropriate Level of Protection – the level of protection deemed appropriate by a country establishing a sanitary or phytosanitary measure to protect human, animal or plant life or health within its territory – also known as the acceptable level of risk.
