Information about the Inquiry
On 9 December 2004, the Senate referred the above reference inquiry to the Legal and
Constitutional References Committee, for inquiry and report by
30 June 2005.
Lodging Submissions
Submissions are
called for by 25 February 2005. Submissions become Committee
documents and are only made public after a decision by the Committee. Unauthorised release of submissions is not covered by parliamentary privilege.
