Terms of Reference:
The Commission is required to inquire:
in respect of all the environmental aspects of:
(a) the formulation of proposals;
(b) the carrying out of works and other projects;
(c) the negotiation, operation and enforcement of agreements and
arrangements;
(d) the making of, or the participation in the making of, decisions
and recommendations; and
(e) the incurring of expenditure, by, or on behalf of, the Australian
Government and the Australian Atomic Energy Commission and other authorities
of Australia for and in relation to the development by the Australian
Atomic Energy Commission in association with Ranger Uranium Mines
Pty Ltd of uranium deposits in the Northern Territory of Australia.
