Defence Exempt Procurements
Paragraph 2.6 of the CPRs permits the Chief Executive of an
agency to determine that a measure is necessary for, among other things, the
protection of ‘essential security’ interests. The Secretary and CEO DMO have determined
the procurement of the following goods or services to be categorised as Defence
Exempt Procurements under the measure:
