The committee met on 7 December 2004 and considered a
reference not disposed of at the end of the 40th parliament.
The
committee agreed to recommend to the Senate that the committee defer
the readoption of an inquiry into a proposed amendment to Schedule 1B of the
Workplace Relations Act until its first meeting in February.
The committee did not proceed with this inquiry.
