for inquiry and report by 15 June 2009:

The Committee is inviting submissions to this inquiry by
5pm, Thursday 4 June 2009.
Submitters are requested to concentrate on the changes to
the Scheme since the release of the exposure draft, as the Committee has
already reported on the exposure draft.
Please contact the committee secretariat as soon as possible
should you require an extension of time. The Committee is due to report to
the Senate by 15 June 2009.
