At a private meeting on 24 April 2012, the committee determined to conduct an inquiry under Standing Order 25(2), into the administration of Indigenous Business Australia (IBA) in relation to the allegations included in anonymous correspondence received by the committee on 19 April 2012.

The committee's inquiry is confined to the question of whether the committee has been misled in certain evidence given by IBA. As such, the committee is not seeking public submissions.
