Inquiry into Chronic Disease Prevention and Management in Primary Health Care

Following a referral received from the Minister for Health, The Hon Sussan Ley MP, the Standing Committee on Health will inquire into and report on Chronic Disease Prevention and Management in Primary Health Care.

The Committee invited interested persons and organisations to make a submission addressing the terms of reference. The deadline for submissions was Friday, 31 July 2015. Information that may assist in preparing a submission to the Committee may be viewed here.

The Committee tabled their Report titled: Inquiry into Chronic Disease Prevention and Management in Primary Health Care on 5 May 2016.
