    Provides for the restructure of the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission (including abolition of the positions of Disability Discrimination Commissioner, Race Discrimination Commissioner and Sex Discrimination Commissioner) and the Commission’s renaming as the Australian Human Rights Commission.
