    Criminal Code Act 1995

    Financial Transaction Reports Act 1988
    and
    Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 1987
    to: require cash dealers to report suspected terrorist-related transactions; and streamline procedures for the disclosure of financial transaction reports information to foreign countries; and
