Amends the
Criminal Code Act 1995
to insert a new chapter into the Criminal Code which establishes offences dealing with the protection of security and defence; and repeals certain provisions of the Crimes Act 1914
in relation to espionage. Also makes consequential amendments to the Crimes Act 1914
and Australian Protective Service Act 1987
