Makes technical amendments to the Australian Wine and Brandy Corporation Act 1980, Export Control Act 1982, National Residue Survey Administration Act 1992, Quarantine Act 1908 and Dairy Industry Legislation Amendment Act 2002. Also makes contingent amendments to the Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Legislation Amendment Act (No. 1) 2002 and Quarantine Act 1908 in the event that this proposed Act commences before the Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Legislation Amendment Act (No. 1) 2002.
