Summary

Amends: the

Crimes Act 1914
and
Criminal Code Act 1995
in relation to: child sex tourism offences; and overseas child pornography and child abuse material offences; the
Criminal Code Act 1995
in relation to child sex offences involving using postal or similar services, or carriage services; the
Crimes Act 1914
to provide for a scheme for the forfeiture of child pornography and child abuse material and items containing such material; and four Acts to make consequential amendments.
