  Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004

  Income Tax Assessment Act 1936

  to include the income support supplement as a payment not requiring provision of a tax file number;

  Income Tax Assessment Act 1997

  to: clarify the taxable status of Defence Force Income Support Allowance payments; and

  to: include education to overseas students on Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Islands; facilitate course delivery across state boundaries; require international education providers to have written agreements with all overseas students; and remove the penalty for late payment of the annual Assurance Fund contribution.
