    to give further effect to the International Health Regulations 2005 by: requiring persons and travellers subject to quarantine to submit themselves to vaccination or other prophylaxis, as necessary, and for the issue of certificates to provide proof of vaccination; and enabling charges to be levied on some travellers for the cost of certain health measures provided for public health reasons. Also makes minor technical and consequential amendments.
