    to: establish the Defence Honours and Awards Appeals Tribunal as an independent statutory body and provides for the functions and powers of the Tribunal; ensure procedural fairness in the termination and discharge process when a Defence member returns a positive result for a prohibited substance; and clarify that section 58B determinations are subject to tabling and disallowance;
    Defence Home Ownership Assistance Scheme Act 2008
    to ensure that the scheme includes all members of the Reserves (including permanent officers transferred to the Reserves); and
    Defence Force Discipline Act 1982
