Summary

Amends the

Broadcasting Services Act 1992
to: restrict the advertising or other promotion of unhealthy food and beverages on television on weekdays between 6.00 am and 9.00 am and between 4.00 pm and 9.00 pm, and on weekends and public holidays between 6.00 am and 12.00 pm and between 4.00 pm and 9.00 pm; and restrict the advertising or other promotion of unhealthy food and beverages on subscription television, the internet or by electronic message.
