Summary
Amends the:
Ombudsman Act 1976
to establish the Education Ombudsman as a separate office within the office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman to deal with complaints about the domestic and international education sector; and
Migration Act 1958
and
Privacy Act 1988
to make consequential amendments.
