Summary
Amends the
Renewable Energy (Electricity) Act 2000
to create a market for energy savings, additional to energy efficiency activities set by minimum energy performance regulation by: setting a National Market Driven Energy Efficiency Target; and providing for the creation, acquisition and trading of Energy Efficiency Certificates.
