Summary
Amends the:
Higher Education Support Act 2003
in relation to: the definition of “Student Load”; quality and accountability requirements; guidelines for incidental fees and fees in respect of overseas students; compliance audits on the operation of certain higher education providers; and Commonwealth supported students; and make a technical amendment to correct a drafting error;
Higher Education Support Act 2003
and
Higher Education Legislation Amendment (2005 Measures No. 2) Act 2005
to reflect the renaming of Open Learning Australia to Open Universities Australia; and
Australian National University Act 1991
to repeal an obselete heading.
