Summary
Amends the:
Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Act 1989
to: confirm that importers or exporters of recycled or used methyl bromide or hydrochlorofluorocarbons are only required to hold a used substances licence; and ensure that reporting obligations for synthetic greenhouse gases manufactured in Australia mirror those for persons who import or export synthetic greenhouse gases; and
Sydney Harbour Federation Trust Act 2001
to provide for a trust land swap in Markham Close, Mosman, which will enable certain residential land to be incorporated into parkland and, in exchange, permit the sale of a disused Scout Hall site.
