Summary
The bill: repeals the
Regional Forest Agreements Act 2002
; and amends the
Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999
to: make consequential amendments; and provide for annual statements from the minister and the Threatened Species Commissioner on the impact of native forest logging.
