Amends the:
Ombudsman Act 1976
to establish the National Student Ombudsman as a new statutory function of the Commonwealth Ombudsman to deal with complaints about, and conduct investigations into, actions of higher education providers. Also makes consequential amendments to the
Ombudsman Act 1976
and 3 other Acts.
