Summary
Amends the:
Aged Care Act 1997
and
Australian Aged Care Quality Agency Act 2013
to provide for a single set of aged care quality standards to apply to all Commonwealth funded aged care providers;
Australian Aged Care Quality Agency Act 2013
to vary the functions of the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency to reference the Aged Care Quality Standards; and
Freedom of Information Act 1982
to exempt protected information acquired by the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency from disclosure under the Act.
