Summary
Amends the
Protection of the Sea (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Act 1983
to implement amendments to Annexes I, II, IV and V of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships to restrict the discharge of oil, noxious liquid substances, sewage and garbage from certain ships operating in polar waters.
