Summary

Amends the:

Dental Benefits Act 2008
to close the Child Dental Benefits Schedule from 30 June 2016; and establish the Child and Adult Public Dental Scheme to enable capped annual grants of financial assistance to be made to the states and territories for a five-year period from 1 July 2016 to provide dental services to all children and concession cardholder adults; and
Age Discrimination Act 2004
and
Human Services (Medicare) Act 1973
to make consequential amendments.
