A New Tax System (Family Assistance) (Administration) Act 1999

Paid Parental Leave Act 2010

Social Security Act 1991

Student Assistance Act 1973
to enable the making of departure prohibition orders to prevent social welfare payment debtors who have outstanding debts and have failed to enter into a satisfactory repayment arrangement from leaving the country; and remove the six-year limit on welfare debt recovery.
