Summary
Amends the
Higher Education Support Act 2003
to: clarify the application and operation of indexation arrangements; update the Melbourne College of Divinity’s name to MCD University of Divinity; enable dollar amounts to be rounded up when a partial HELP debt repayment is made; and provide that certain students undertaking courses in dentistry or veterinary science are eligible for the higher FEE-HELP limit.
