in relation to: consumer protection for accommodation bonds paid to aged care services; and Complaints Principles replacing Investigation Principles; and
Aged Care Act 1997

Health Insurance Act 1973
and
National Health Act 1953
to remove redundant provisions. Also repeals the
Aged or Disabled Persons Care Act 1954
and the
Nursing Home Charge (Imposition) Act 1994
