Amends the:

Social Security Act 1991
and
Social Security (Administration) Act 1999
to establish a framework to provide financial assistance for Australians and close family members of Australians who are injured or killed overseas as a result of an overseas terrorist incident; and
Income Tax Assessment Act 1997

Social Security Act 1991
and
Social Security (Administration) Act 1999
to make consequential amendments.
