Summary

Amends the

Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act 2005
to provide that a Water Efficiency Labelling Scheme (WELS) standard may require a product to comply with certain requirements relating to plumbing before the product can be registered as a WELS product.

We acknowledge the traditional owners and custodians of country throughout Australia and acknowledge their continuing connection to land, waters and community. We pay our respects to the people, the cultures and the elders past, present and emerging.
