Summary

Amends the

A New Tax System (Family Assistance) Act 1999
and
A New Tax System (Family Assistance) (Administration) Act 1999
to require persons aged between 16 and 20 years to complete their final year of secondary school (or equivalent level of education) to receive family tax benefit Part A.
