Summary
Amends the
Farm Household Support Act 1992
and makes consequential amendments to the
Age Discrimination Act 2004
and
Social Security Act 1991
to provide agriculturally dependent small business operators with the same access as farmers to Exceptional Circumstances assistance, a Health Care Card and concessions for the Youth Allowance and Austudy means tests.
