Summary

Amends the:

Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986
to: enable the Repatriation Medical Authority to review one or a number of factors in a Statement of Principles; enable benefits and allowances fixed or calculated by regulations or other legislative instruments to be funded from the Consolidated Revenue Fund; clarify and amend the operation of income streams rules;
Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004
to correct minor errors and anomalies; and
Military Rehabilitation and Compensation (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Act 2004
and
Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986
in relation to access to specified treatment for certain veterans and dependents.
