Summary

Amends the

Customs Tariff Act 1995
to: reduce customs duty to free for machinery that incorporates or is imported with other goods which render the machinery ineligible for a Tariff Concession Order; allow duty free entry for certain aircraft parts, materials and test equipment; and expand the Enhanced Project By-law Scheme to include duty free entry for qualifying goods for the power supply and water supply industries.
