Amends the
Customs Act 1901
to introduce new rules of origin for goods that are imported into Australia from New Zealand. Also makes complementary amendments to the
Customs Tariff Act 1995
, and consequential amendments to the
Customs Tariff (Anti-Dumping) Act 1975
and the
Legislative Instruments Act 2003
