Summary
Amends the
Social Security Act 1991
and
Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986
to increase the maximum amount of land that is exempt from the age pension assets test to encompass all land on the same title as the principal home;

to establish a further ground for eligibility for crisis payment; and
Aged Care Act 1997
