Summary

Amends the

National Health Act 1953
in relation to vaccine funding advisory arrangements under the National Immunisation Program (NIP), including extending the functions of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee to providing the Minister with advice about vaccines to be funded under the NIP.

We acknowledge the traditional owners and custodians of country throughout Australia and acknowledge their continuing connection to land, waters and community. We pay our respects to the people, the cultures and the elders past, present and emerging.
