Summary
Amends the
Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994
,
Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Administration) Act 1992
and
Agricultural and Veterinary Chemical Products (Collection of Levy) Act 1994
to implement new cost recovery arrangements for the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority; and
Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Legislation Amendment (Name Change) Act 2004
(the Name Change Act) and
Financial Framework Legislation Amendment Act 2005
in relation to the commencement of the Name Change Act. Also repeals 4 spent Acts in relation to the former interim levy.
