Summary
Amends the
Civil Aviation Act 1988
to: empower the Governor-General to make regulations that may be inconsistent with the
Disability Discrimination Act 1992
and
Sex Discrimination Act 1984
; and validate existing civil aviation and civil aviation safety regulations and past actions based on those regulations.
